Our Masters programme is designed for adults aged 55+ who want to improve strength, mobility, balance and confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Whether you're completely new to exercise or have trained for years, every session is fully coach-led and tailored to your individual ability.

Membership Options

• 1 class per week: €52.50
• 2 classes per week: €84

Train Together

Our Family Fitness classes are designed to help parents and children train, move and have fun together in a supportive and welcoming environment.

These coach-led sessions combine functional fitness, teamwork and confidence-building to encourage healthy habits, quality time and stronger relationships.
